Hi, I'm Sue.  At work, I'm Mersch. In real life, Parlangeli. I like to keep it interesting.

 

I'm an Executive Creative Director with two decades in the trenches. I love being around creative people and inspiring them to do great work. Inevitably, they always return the favor.

 

But before that, I was number six out of seven kids. And I learned early on, that I couldn’t

just be loud to get someone’s attention. Or to get my share of dinner if I’m keeping it real.

I needed to be smart, industrious and sometimes, even a little scrappy.

Many years later, I apply that same thinking to the job I do every day. I’ve lead teams and created work for some of the biggest automakers in the world and some of the smallest businesses on the block. I’ve produced compelling, effective, award-winning work in all different mediums on all different platforms. No matter what the ask, I bring innovative thinking, a collaborative spirit and a never-say-never attitude.

 

And my siblings? They still have no idea what I do.
