What started as an assignment for a few brochures quickly became a labor of love. Working with a  modest budget, we rallied musicians, composers, a filmmaker and a photographer to bring our overly ambitious idea to life. The work starred the amazingly talented musicians and the equally amazing city that inspires them. Then, the musicians went on strike. Disappointing yes, but that didn’t stop us. When they went back to work, so did we.  With no media budget, we called in the press and our campaign got its time in the spotlight and was featured in The Detroit News, MLive and Real Detroit.
